These Terms and Conditions are intended for your safety and ease of use of our services. They should be read and understood before making a booking. By making a booking with us, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Your accommodation includes a private bedroom, shared bathroom and living room facilities (between 3 guest rooms) and a continental style breakfast.
Booking | Payment | Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit will be charged to make and confirm a booking. Full tariff payment will be taken on the day of arrival and paid in full on check in. We accept all cards (using Square payment technology), cash and EFT.
Cancellations made prior to 7 days before stay will be eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations made after 7 days will forfeit 50% deposit taken to confirm the booking.
As the online booking request system is in real time, it is possible for a room to sell out before your booking request is completed. The booking request system will hold your place in line for the room.
Stroud NSW B&B reserves the right to cancel a booking at any stage. All payments will be fully refunded in such unlikely event or if possible we will endeavour to find you accommodation of equivalent or better standards.
